Violations or alleged violations concerning the companies of the Nadara Group – including Saet SpA – and referable to the following aspects:
The Portal must not be used for communications of a commercial nature (for example, complaints).
In general, Saet SpA urges its employees to resolve any labor disputes, where possible, through dialogue, even informal, with their colleagues and/or their direct manager.
The task of managing the reports is entrusted to the manager of the Internal Audit structure of Nadara.
Saet SpA undertakes to protect those who have made a report, in good faith, from any intimidation and retaliation.
Access to the Nadara Whistleblowing Portal is managed in no-log mode in order to prevent identification of the whistleblower.
During the internal verification process of the report, the right of the person reported to defend him/herself in relation to the content of the report will in any case be guaranteed.
With respect to reports that prove to have a slanderous / defamatory intent, where possible, the measures envisaged in the company disciplinary system will be activated against the reporting party, as well as appropriate legal protection actions will be evaluated.
