SAET S.p.A. makes available to those (employees, customers, suppliers, commercial partners, financiers, consultants, collaborators, …) who, in good faith and according to ethical principles of integrity, intend to report violations or alleged violations regarding SAET SpA referable to the following aspects:
– ethical and social issues (SA 8000)
– actual or presumed corruption episodes (ISO 37001)
SAET S.p.A. undertakes to protect those who have made a report in good faith from any intimidation and retaliation. Access to the form is managed in no-log mode in order to prevent identification of the reporting party.
SAET S.p.A. undertakes not to apply any form of punishment, retaliation or discrimination against those who have submitted complaints or provided information in this regard.
The task of managing the reports is entrusted to the manager of the SA8000 and ISO 37001 systems of SAET S.p.A.
The Portal must not be used for commercial communications (for example, complaints).
